Koi Theme Release

I just released another new WordPress theme called Koi. It is a simplified version of my current theme. It has multi-level dropdown menus, threaded comments, multiple widget areas (1 sidebar + 3 footer), and an option page (coded by Jon Raasch) where you can manage the menus, favicon, footer tracking code, and social media buttons.

Why would you release a theme that is much like your current theme? Shouldn’t a designer’s personal weblog theme be unique?

Hi Nick, it’s very good idea and your theme is very cool.
But this theme has no “Koi fish” isn’t it?
Your theme has the great header image and it should be better to change header image.

Nice theme. I’ve always been inspired by your current theme. I’m impressed that you would create such and theme and give it off for free when themes of such quality are being sold in the marketplace. I hope that you would sometime set up an online store and sell some of your best work. I’m sure that you will have hundreds getting them.

Hi Nick! I’m from Argentine, Cordoba. Very nice theme, congratulations! but when I check it on IE 6.0 the top menu bar appears at last of the page and this not works. Best regards.

Hi Nick,
I love this theme so much I’m using it for my own site :)
I’ve noticed in IE7, the footer contents is pushed to the right side of the page and gets chopped off. Do you know or does anyone know of a fix?

What an elegant theme! A true stand-out!
I’m seeing a bit of vertical crowding in the tag cloud, however, as the more frequently used tags appear so large that their text overlaps with the underline of the tags above them.
