So I have to resort to joining a web designer’s forum to find an outstanding designer! I need some help. I need a web designer to redesign 2 sites and build at least another 2. I want someone very artistic and able to use colour well. If this all work out I want the site to be changed or at least colours changed every 3 to 4 months and the sites to be kept fresh.
