Found a New Host

I’m very excited to announce that I have found a new host. First, I would like to thank ImHosted for the hosting sponsorship. If you are looking for a host, give them a try. They have very good shared hosting plans. Second, I need to give a big thanks to John at DreamTemplate, who setup the sponsorship and helped me to transfer my sites to the new server. I notice my sites load faster now since I’m on a dedicated server. I received several emails regarding the "404 file found" errors. I apologize for this because I missed a folder while transferring the files. If you were trying to download stuffs from my site, please try again. All files should be available now. If you find any other bugs, please send me an email. Also, I lost a couple comments during DNS transfer. If you have posted a comment and can’t find it, please post again.

Numbers of people asked me about the specs of the new server. Well, it is a dedicated server shared with two other accounts. Here are the specs:

2 x Dual-Core Intel Xeon Woodcrest processors
6GB DDR-2 ECC RAM
500GB Dedicated HD Space
2000GB Dedicated Monthly Transfer via multiple GIGe links
Cpanel account / CentOS Linux OS

For those who are thinking about getting ImHosted’s shared hosting, please avoid them. I have been with them for six months (sign-up after reading this post…) and my experience so far has been painful. The last two weeks has seen two 403 problems, the first one took more than three days to recover and the second one is still going on….
Please avoid ImHosted.
