Most of you should know that this site is powered by WordPress, as a blogging and CMS tool. If you are looking for a CMS or a new web tool for your projects, I strongly recommend WordPress to you. WordPress is a great tool, and best thing is free! Here I have collected some of the best WordPress sites that I’ve found. Some have good implementation of plugins, yet others have good design theme. Hopefully, these sites will give you better understanding of WordPress’s capabilities and inspiration for your site.

At the bottom of our embryo site it says “is powered by WordPress”. How do you customise that to make it say – for example – “Our site is powered by WordPress” or “zummerzet.co.uk is powered by WordPress?”

if you didn’t get this already just open up the footer.php file. Well actually it sounds like you don’t do allot of programming so in your admin panel go to appearances I believe, and click the footer.php file there. In that page you’ll see it in the footer.

Using WP is so easy and efficient. Switched over from Joomla myself a few months ago to WP and no looking back since. It is so very flexible and fast.

I continue to be amazed by the variety and creativity of the themes designed for WordPress. Then when I try to find one that relates to my sites that serve american singles dating market, I can never find one that seems to fit the way that I want it to.

I am an Architecture Student and have recently started working on this blog, where I share whatever I am learning at college and through my projects.
Wordpress has really helped me ease by blog construction. It is so flexible and powerful, yet free. I am glad I found it… :)

Go into footer.php within your CSS stylesheet > and edit your footer from there. I deleted mine all together, and installed a plug in called ‘custom header and footer’ < check out my site for an example @ http://www.technologyblogged.com.

I’ve begun using WP for my sites and I’m absolutely delighted and amazed by the flexibility afforded with the various plug ins. I know that there are many designs available but because of budget constraints I’ve not been able to take advantage of the ones that I really like. Making do with the free variety which really aren’t bad.

I’ve been using WP for a pretty long time now and I’ve made quite a few blogs with it. I’ve got to say that I can’t believe how few problems I’ve ever had. No other program or software or platform anywhere has measured up to the consistency of WP.

I just discovered a new trick with WP that’s going to allow me to use it for many different sites that heretofore, I thought I had to use Dreamweaver. I’m so happy to be able to use WP.

I read online that Google gave better SEO consideration to blogger than they do to Wordpress. Has anyone found this to be true in their experience. Wordpress to me seems far superior.
