If you are looking for a CMS or a new web tool for your projects, I strongly recommend WordPress to you. WordPress is a great tool, and best thing is free! In spite of Portuguese language content, you can easily see it in the footer: “MinC utiliza WordPress” (”Ministry of Culture uses WordPress”).

I love wordpress. I only have basic php skills but i’ve been able to customise by theme to create a unique site. Follow the link in my name to see the site. I’ve made it look like a static website using WP’s static page option. Really quick to put up sites like this..
