iTheme Release
April 7th, 2007 Filed in: WordPress, News & Updates Jump to comments
Many people have been waiting for this WordPress theme for a while and I’m very proud that iTheme has finally released. iTheme is a WordPress theme that is specially designed for the Mac OS lovers. The best part about this theme is the customizable sidebar. You can drag & drop each box to rearrange the way you like or simply collapse it to hide the content you don’t want to see. It will store the state of each box in a cookie, this means it will remember your preference next time you come back. Check out my WordPress Demo to preview. Download iTheme now and let me know me your feedbacks. This is an initial release, comments and suggestions are welcome to post here.

Umm… Not sure what you mean by comment out. I’m fairly new to php, I usually work with html. Can you tell what you mean? Should I delete some lines? Which lines are they? My understanding of lines 32 and 33 on the header.php are
Should I removes these?
Thanks.

Shane - Just saw your site, and you did something I’ve been trying to - turn the hyperlinks the same blue as the title rollovers - I’ve got the color code, but cannot find the link code anywhere. Where is it???!!

SugarDaddy,
One other thing I just thought of - do you have Javascript enabled or disabled in Firefox (in Firefox/Preferences/Content)?
This theme requires Javascript to be running in the browser to load and handle the dynamic sidebar boxes.
Regards,
Shane.

SugarDaddy,
I am on Mac and use Safari and Firefox 2.0.0.3, and I have no issues with styles.
If you want to post a picture of what you mean - try either flickr.com or imageshack.com and give us the link.
Regards,
Shane.

Dammit - can’t paste code in the comments here.
In the default itheme header.php - the lines you want to comment out are lines 32 and 33.
Regards,
Shane.

niaomi n,
The quick “brute force” approach is to comment-out or delete the following in itheme’s header.php:
“>
Just in case you’re not sure hoe - add a after this section to comment it out.

Shane.
