iTheme Release
April 7th, 2007 Filed in: WordPress, News & Updates Jump to comments
Many people have been waiting for this WordPress theme for a while and I’m very proud that iTheme has finally released. iTheme is a WordPress theme that is specially designed for the Mac OS lovers. The best part about this theme is the customizable sidebar. You can drag & drop each box to rearrange the way you like or simply collapse it to hide the content you don’t want to see. It will store the state of each box in a cookie, this means it will remember your preference next time you come back. Check out my WordPress Demo to preview. Download iTheme now and let me know me your feedbacks. This is an initial release, comments and suggestions are welcome to post here.

Bulent - I’m working on the IE6 bugs and a CSS dock menu (still testing). Next release will be compatible with all browsers that support Javascript.

Nik (#151) -
You just need to add the line “<?php wp_register(); ?>” into the sidebar section of your functions.php file.

also - the edit/admin link bottom each post/meta area disapears when loading iTheme leaving no link back to my admin area.

I appreciate your work and am about to install itheme. The theme is very fine and fits quite well with my site (www.niksnexus.net) and I thank you, despite a slow grumbling misgiving about the burgeoning corporater mainstream bigness of the mac - tho of course there is no real option (’bin using macs since way back last millenium after upgrading from my 40MB HD (4MB RAM)toshiba laptop running DOS! which reminds me of the bumpersticker”Just Say No to DOS, but I digress)
Is there a way to easily customize the widgets - ie move the ‘pages’ banner from top to side bar, etc…
Thanks all the same
